Tour Details

This 7-days safari takes you to the misty Bwindi Impenetrable forest, which is home to more than half the population of the remaining 720 Mountain Gorillas in the world. Gorilla tracking is the most enchanting experience in this forest. You will have an experience of a life time as you watch at close range these majestic apes feed, play and relax. It also includes a visit to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s second largest national park, with plenty of wildlife, birds and primates. This park also has spectacular scenery including Crater Lakes and rolling savannah plains overlooking the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountain ranges.

The Murchison Falls Tour takes you to the renowned Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s spectacular heritage, with breathtaking scenic allure, and landscapes. You will enjoy a game drive and a boat cruise along the Nile River and observe the squeezing of the Nile River in a 7 meter gorge before tumbling 40 meters down in a thunderous explosion and then flows down into a very peaceful river whose water banks are swarmed with a profusion of water and land animals as well as birds. Lastly the famous chimp tracking deep in the forest.

This safari is also for enthusiasts who are inclined on tracking chimpanzees and observing them up close in their natural habitat. Kibale National Park houses 13 species of chimpanzees and has the highest number of primates in all of Africa. While the Kibale National Park is known for its chimp tracking, there are quite a few other species of rare primates that belong here. Easy accessibility coupled with good infrastructure and a variety of activities make it an ideal spot for watching the primates in Uganda.

You will enjoy game drives and a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. You will conclude this tour with a visit to Kibale Forest National Park with several spectacular crater lakes and swamps which are home to hippo, buffalo and some elephant, and the forested areas are the natural habitat of our chimpanzees, occasionally lion and leopard can be spotted as they sleep through the midday sun, before winding up at Murchison falls National park, Uganda’s spectacular heritage, with breathtaking scenic allure, and landscapes.
